About Me

I am a senior software engineer in the Linux Engineering group at Oracle America, Inc.

I received a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2014, where I was advised by Professor Marianne Winslett.

I also received a Master of Information Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Computer Sciences from Osaka University, where I received the Kusumoto Award as the top student in the program.

Before joining UIUC in 2009, I worked at Astellas Pharma Inc. as a cheminformatics researcher and corporate IT staff member.
